Maximum capacity is 12 Adult guests plus up to 2 infants. Portacots and high chairs are available on request and free of charge.

A $1000 Damage Deposit is required and refundable within 7 days of check out after an inspection.

Please note that the upper level of the house is occupied by the owners – Annette & Ron – it is separate from the mid and street levels and has its own driveway, garage and entrance. Privacy is assured and both areas are fully self-contained and secure.

Check-in after 3 pm Check-out by 11 am. Early Check in and later check out is available on request at no extra cost depending on availability and owner approval.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited without prior approval. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
